Love this movie. One of Nick Cage’s better performances. I think of it as a different version of “It’s a wonderful life”

It's a tiny line but still cracks me up.
When Cage drops his son off at DayCare and is holding him like a hot potato away from his body and says to the Workers...after he passes the boy over to them..."do I get a receipt or something?"

very underrated movie. it always makes me sad at the end when he has to go back, but he chose that life.
I wanted to see more after they met at the airport, but i guess its best left to imagine..

Absolutely agree. Although it starts around Christmas time, it really isn't a Christmas movie but we still think of it that way and it is a must see around the holidays especially. One of my all time favorites.
