I started reading them right around the time the 3rd one came out. Looking back I can see now how there was an assload of drawn-out parts, but when you are waiting 6 years for the next one to come out, it doesn't seem like all that much fluff (especially when compared to something like Robert Jordan and the WoT series - yikes!)

Wizard and Glass is one of the best books King has ever written, and I've read them all.
