I forced myself to finish the last season of the "Flash", to watch the end of the Arrowverse. I had really loved the shows but they all either hung on too long or got way too preachy. The Flash and Green Arrow were less "woke" than "Supergirl", but both of them hung on too long and the actors were clearly going through the motions.

The Four part finale of the Flash can be summed up in one word: Meh!

You actually watched all the seasons of those shows past seasons 2/3?

Arrow peaked seasons 2 and 3. Just fantastic TV.

The flash became every season "I'm Barry Allen the fastest man on earth! Except this season somehow there's someone faster than me again this season and I need to find a way to stop them for the 9th time in a row!"

Seasons 7 and 8 (Green Arrow vs Diaz) were really good.

I felt like Arrow struggled once they no longer had the flashbacks to the island. My boys and I haven’t finished Flash…stopped two seasons ago.

Arrow, even in their worst seasons, was still an enjoyable enough show to watch. Flash, while great the first two seasons, just got to the point that it was so corny and low budget looking.

I really got into Arrow for a while but lost interest somewhere during Season 4.

At some point you go to the well once too often. The Arrowverse had an amazing run but like many shows (or athletes) hung around just a bit too long.

Still, they pulled off a lot of shows that probably had the combined budget of the buffet table on an Avengers movie. I tip my hat to them.
