Excellent look on Philip's face to end the show last night. He was never in favor of telling Paige anything and was pressured by Elizabeth and Gabriel to do so. Now Gabriel acknowledges that he was right all along and that "oh shite" look on his face was well done.
It is a balancing act though too because he has also acknowledged that he doesn't want his children to know nothing about him just like he with his parents (even though his son still knows nothing)

I picked up on that last week when Gabriel told Phillip that his dad was a guard and Oleg mom said I did some awful things to survive.
