The question is where the
embryos came from and how they were created.

Regardless, their creation is still different than Anakin’s. So it doesn’t break canon no matter how the Mother made them.

I am honestly begging you to point to the parts of the show that support your theory. There is no explanation to how the twins were created yet you’ve made it the whole point of the show.
