Cartman pushes stem cell use from aborted fetuses on Congress in order to save Kenny, only to find that he is actually using them to create an identical Shakeys.

Can't believe "Best Friends Forever" didn't make the list. I mean it won a Emmy for goodness sake.

The Terry Schiavo case was one of the biggest news stories going at the time; I'm pretty sure she died the day before the episode aired, which made it all the more impactful and hilarious.
