I thought it was amazing. I love Adam Sandler movies though. By far his best in a long time.

I never would have guessed jack and jill made that kind of money, that movie looked terrible.

That probably came with a cost though. That's My Boy has only made $27 million and had a budget of nearly $70 million. Maybe Sandler will finally realize that you can't make crap and expect $100 million.

Adam Sandler can't win with some people.

They cry and whine. "why did he stop making shite like Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore?"

Then he makes a movie that fits right fricking in with those, stylistically, and then it's "why does he make stupid humor movies?"

and you know what sucks? if this movie bombs, but his movies like "Grown Ups" and "Jack and Jill" make a bunch of money...guess which type of movies hes going to keep making?

this is by far the best/funniest Sandler movie in a long time, and I havent seen any of his movies since Chuck and Larry (on DVD, and was pretty awful)...sucks that he prob wont make another one because of how poorly this one did in theaters

I disagree. I think Sandler is well aware of the reason the shite shows make so much money and I'm sure he doesn't expect the That's My Boy's to make near that.

Just because he makes a little bank off the dumbass Larry the Cable Guy crowd doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy being old school Sandler anymore.

i went in with no expectations and enjoyed it.
If you do this at the movies, then you'll be fine no matter what.

And this is why Hollywood continues to churn out shite.

They know that people will go no matter what, so they don't have to put out good movies.
