Not gonna lie, it took me until episode 4 or 5 to be able to remember everyone's names and affiliations (I usually have that down by episode 3 at the latest).
I get why they had such an early switch. I'm guessing the thinking was that with only a week together they might be willing to mix it up a bit. The trade off though was that we never really got a feel for who these people were and what their relationships with each other were. And they still stuck to tribal lines for the most part anyway, so it was all for nothing.
