Yet, she refused to skip the reward to allow the remaining tribe members to have more rice and a tarp.
They should not be allowed on the jury.

I thought the Gulliver thing was pretty good.
I'm waiting for "Human Centipede" night. The challenge practically writes itself, and it would be hilarious to watch their reactions as they watch the movie and afterward lie about how good it was.

It was pretty obvious that Benry thought the show was stupid.

Naonka's ending comments" I don't owe anyone an apology" what a bitch.
Not just that comment, but the fact that she kept talking about what a strong, determined, black woman she is...as she fricking quit.
I wish big James had been part of this cast. He would have bitch-slapped her.

Those two people sucked I mean come you know going in the conditions will suck you only have 10 or 11 days left. If you can't stick it out for that long you will suck at everything you do in life.

Got caught up.
What a total count. I mean she defines count. Naonka is probably the most miserable human being ever to be on the show.
She knew she was quitting and yet she still refused to give up her reward.
Oh snap, I wonder if she gave anyone the idol? I bet the bitch is so miserable, she didn't even give her alliance the idol.
I feel cheated because we didn't get to see her voted out.
This season is now easily the worst season ever. Not even close. I would fire the people in charge of casting.

Couldn't find any more recent topics about this, so thought I'd continue.
This Sunday is the finale. Odds may be stacked against them, but I say Fabio wins the whole thing. Chase is a friggin idiot and has played possibly the worst game ever for someone getting so far into the game. He will have zero jury votes in his favor if he makes it to the finals.

They were all pretty stupid at the tribal. Jeff tells Fabio, Jane, and Dan that they should team up. Jane suggests that they all vote for Holly since the other 2 have idols, but then none of the vote for Holly.
Either Chase or the gay dude after hearing Jane's plan should have given Holly their idol. It's a good thing for them that the other 3 didn't go through with the plan.
I don't know if I've ever seen an episode where everyone did the wrong thing.

I was pretty glad Jane's arse went home. i liked her ok until she started bitching about Chase not taking her old arse on the reward. Maybe she forgot that he took her last time and she told him he made a strategic mistake by taking her instead of the other dude.

First good episode in a long time.

I thought it was pretty stupid too until I read at someone's blog how the tiebreaker would have worked. Assuming Fabio, Jane, and Dan voted for Holly - you'd have a 3-3 tie with Holly and Jane. Since there are six people left, however, the tie breaker isn't fire making but a rock pull.
Of course, the two who tied don't have to pull a rock. Similarly, Fabio, Sash, and Chase wouldn't have to pull rocks because each had immunity. Therefore, Dan would be the only one eligible to go home; hence why he didn't try and tie the vote.
Now, if Survivor would update the rules and allow contestants to throw a vote at themselves at tribal council, you could have had a scenario where Sash, Chase, and Holly vote for Jane; Jane, Dan, and Fabio vote for Dan; and Holly would be forced to go home based on being the only one left to pick rocks. But oh well.

the two that tied don't have to pull a rock? Is that a way to keep things interesting with the contestants?
I'm guessing everybody wants Dan to come along b/c he hasn't done crap. I mean literally jack shite. nothign interesting, nothing, nada.
it was a good episode.

Yeah, no reason at all to vote Dan off. You know you can beat him in any challenge they throw at you.And in the end it will be wtf has Dan done to get here?
for weeks i wanted jane gone. but, after the other 3 got so frickin arrogant that they just said"this is how it's going to be" , i wanted her to form an alliance with Dan and Fabio and try vote out one of the others.
chase is a spineless weasel! he makes a decision then when jane walks up, he looks at the other 2 "what do y'all think?" then at tribal, same thing he throws his alliance members under the bus.
of the 5 remaining her's how i'd like to see it go
next out, sash
then holly
final 3 chase,dan,fabio
chase has pissed a lot of jurors off.
holly played the hero with giving up her reward for the tribe. you don't want to go up against her in the final.
dan has done nothing, no way they give himthe money.
fabio wins.

I want fabio to make it to the end just to here him speak to the jurors and answer questions.
I was shocked he won the reward for the challenge and like it was posted earlier, it would be pretty cool if he actually was just playing like a meathead and ended up being a genius. I doubt that's teh case though.

To my knowledge, that's the rule. I will admit I haven't been watching Survivor since the start, but that's how the rule was described to me. Wikipedia seems to give more info as well:
quote:
In the event of a tie before there are four contestants remaining, a revote among the non-tied contestants will occur, in which the only candidates for elimination are the tied players. If the revote does not resolve the tie, the tied players are granted immunity and the non-tied players (except anyone who has won individual immunity) are forced to choose rocks out of a bag without looking; the player who chooses the differently colored rock is eliminated. In earlier seasons, the tied players were asked how many votes they had received in the past and whoever had more was eliminated.
Again, sort of a crummy way to do it, but now makes sense why Dan and Fabio didn't vote for Holly - because a tie between Jane and Holly would have sent Dan home (assuming Holly and Jane were tied on the second vote).

I stand corrected. They're a bunch of frickin' geniuses.

Dan is the clear cut choice to take to the finals, unless he get the "Tina treatment" that Colby got in Australia (Survivor season 2).
But Dan is easily the person I'd choose to take with me to the finals. I'd also want Chase, since he has made no friends on the jury and his arrogance and stupidity at tribal councils has made his case even worse.
I don't see the final tribal council going well for the finalists. Sometimes the members take it well and applaud those that outplayed them. This has been one of the larger drama groups and I sense a lot of "you F'd me" speeches coming.

Fabio is one of my favorite players of all time. Even if he's not the brightest, he just seems like a great kid.
