The first person/company to publish the slogan is the one who gets credit for it.
If Nike releases a shirt with something on it tomorrow i cant run up and go hey wait i came up with that first but never said it or used it.
The first instances of the force is female you can find are Nike's and their design/logo.

There is nothing that states marshall had anything to do with the force is female anywhere
Both arent using the slogan at the same time, Nike starts an ad campaign using it in January, KK uses it months after when she sees the Nike shirt
That's why it's easy for me to find several links/images/sources backing up what I claim, and you have yet to find anything that backs up your claim of how events happened
