I disagree, the fight scenes were so outrageous and over choreographed that they somehow became boring. They were so perfectly timed and played out that they only way a fight could happen like that is if it had been practiced for hours, which they did. They focused all their attention on special effects and kickass moves that they left out everything else that made those fights exciting.

Exactly, they are flying around doing flips and shite like a Cirque du Solei performance. Lame and unrealistic. The 2 Luke v Vader fights are vastly superior. Another great film sword fight is Liam Neeson and Tim Roth in Rob Roy.

WOW.. I had no intentions of watching all of them at once, but I couldn't stop. I always knew Epi.1 was a steaming pile of feces and now I know why.

They never met them and decided to gas and kill them based solely on the hunch of a protocol droid.

Hilarious stuff. Didn't think it was possible to make this movie look any worse.

The character stuff was spot on. I loved when he had people describe the characters and for episodes 4-6 it wasn't a problem but for the new ones people couldn't do it.

Still watching...The blockade and shield generator issue. How did the shield generator get hit if the shields were working?

I never even realized how bad this movie sucked, just that it was blah. This is awesome.

I didn't buy his points about light saber duals between the trilogies at all. That was his weakest argument to me.

I think his point was that the presquels had a bunch of flashy cheroeographed fight sequences that displaced the underlying tension and emotion of the original, more simplistic fights.

Why are we all listening to this 14 year old girl with no military experience?

I had no idea how pretty much every single writing/plot aspect of this movie sucked balls.

Endless.

Hate to sound like a broken record, but again, I never thought about the way he described, but I completely agree. The choreographed fighting was "cool" but it was not "intriguing" or even really dramatic. It was like watching pro wrestling.

I feel the same way with the later Matrix movies. At first watching Neo/Morpheus/Trinity kick arse it's awesome because it was different. As the movies go on they just add more agents and it seems boring.

How many times do we need to see the same goddamn punches, blocks, slams, kicks, over and over again ad nauseum? What did that add to the movies? Not one fricking thing.

As great as this review is, I think he misses one huge hole. If the Sith haven't been around for 1000 years, why do they need a boy to bring balance to the Force? Why is it out of balance? Why is there a prophecy saying the force needs to be balanced.
