South Park season premier on tonight - South American Biker Gangs

About to start, I hope they don’t make the season all about Trump again. I don’t care if they are politically slanted one way or the other, I just didn’t find it very funny. Hoping for some random arse non sequitur episodes.

Really enjoyed it, they were kind of poking fun at how political they have gotten and avoiding it, felt more like classic South Park

Noticeably better episode, thankfully.
The tongue in cheek references to November were good, and the humor was solid. Also always great when Randy sort of takes over and episode, and I liked that even he was reined in a bit...and there was still a good split between Randy and the boys.
I get and appreciate the whole "South America" thing, but it's exceptionally stupid within the show and very distracting IMO. I hope they eventually feel like their point is made and they drop that dumb shite.
But this was the most enjoyable SP episode in a while, and is a definite step up from the last season (or maybe even two). I hope it stays on this path for the season. How many episodes are we getting this season? Please tell me it's more than the fricking 6 or whatever we've been getting the last several seasons.

Yeah, they seem to have gotten the memo. It wasn't a HOF episode but it wasn't bad.

Agreed. It’s so dumb and doesn’t do anything for the show.
But yes, this felt more like classic South Park. They sort of already did this with the e-scooters about 7-8 years ago. I enjoyed it.
Also a very rare moment that we got to hear Kenny talk unmuffled.
