I know Season 3 took a lot of hate, but I never really understood that. I thought it was cool seeing them in a different environment in Ireland for a little while. Thought it was more realistic that it took them a relatively long time to get Abel back. I liked watching the IRA politicking. And yes, the finale was masterful.

I could see the hate if you were watching it week to week as its airing, because it does tend to move kind of slow. But I watched it in a little over a day, so my viewpoint on it is a bit different than most. I really enjoyed S3.

Maybe so, but IRL the Feds won't see it that way. Killing a Fed (actually 2 since she blamed her dead lesbian partner on the SOA too, if I remember correctly) will bring all the resources of the Federal Govt. against you. They have all the time and all the money in the world. They WILL outlast you.
