Someone brought in a baby, a dog, and stared at her phone during the entire show

I am kinda just shocked. Baby was in a stroller. Was terrified the entire movie. I can't believe the movie theater allowed that.

They were sitting really really far away so it wasn't distracting. Actually, the baby was light crying the entire movie and I just assumed it was part of the movie (the baby Samuel) so it kinda worked.

2 different families totaling 4 different kids all under the age of 6 when I went
Considering how I was scarred after accidentally seeing a scene from the movie "It" I was pretty disappointed in the parents and the movie theatre for allowing them to bring little kids into a creepy movie.
