turned it on long enough to see Phelps repeat the same locker room skit they did with Peyton Manning last year. that's pathetic.

The Charles Barkley skit was awesome. They grilled him on the gambling. The new fat guy is pretty funny, reminded me of Artie Lange in the restaurant skit.

Probably one of the worst SNL's ever. But Fey was awesome.

The "Michael Phelps Diet" was pretty good. Jared from Subway made a cameo and said,"The Michael Phelps Diet sucks a foot long." 
Digital Short "Space Olympics" with Andy Samberg was ok, but could have been funnier.
"Can you smell dat peppah up in heah?" was pretty funny. I chuckled.
Lorne Michaels needs to open up the vault to Tina Fey and give her as much creative control as she wants.

Never thought I'd hear someone long for the "good" ol days with Jimmy Fallon. SNL has been pretty consistently awful for well over a decade. I can't remember how many times I've dropped in to see if it's gotten any better only to be reassured by the absence anything approaching a laugh. And yes, I'm including Will Ferrell. That cheerleader sketch made me want to hang myself.

Fey is horrible. And i'm sure she loves playing Sarah Palin. Gives her a chance ot rub off her politcal views.

The best show BY FAR last season was when Tina Fey was host w/Carrie Underwood as musical guest.

Tina Fey is who ran the show into the ground to begin with.
I thought this episode had a lot of not great skits, but for some reason, there were more singular laugh outloud moments than I can remember in a long time.
Seth's WU joke about the kid having the same dorm room was hilarious. The Space Olympics thing was pretty good.
And for some reason, I died laughing when the pepper waiter guy gave them the water and said "now drink this with yo mouth".
