South Park and King of the Hill
These two plus Simpsons and Family Guy = golden age of adult cartoon comedies.

Friends-Couldn't watch because of Ross.
Dharma and Greg-never watched more than three minutes of it.
Becker -Never watched.
Drew Carey Show -never watched
Spin City -watchable with Fox
Raymond-didn't really like it.
Two & a half Men_was good to have on in the background for eye candy
Frasier-Good to me from the dad's perspective. Always am thinking about him being bewildered by how none of the "life lessons" he tried to impart on them "took". I really loved all of the characters on it. They all worked really well together.
King of Queens - good regular guy show, he and his co-worker friend were as close as it gets to a modern day Ralph & Norton. I enjoyed KJ's character always F'ing up with the wife.
That 70's Show-I never saw it until I watched it in syndication but I loved seeing it when I gave it a chance.
Not a big fan of The Office. Tried to watch it when it first came out. Didn't like the having a F'UP for a boss scenario. I've had one or two of them IRL so watching him be a bad boss was never funny to me. Don't really like the guy's movies either.

Always hear about this show but have never seen it. I guess with this show and Curb included, the '99-'04 era wasn't bad at all, and was actually quite good. But I'll stick take my current TV shows and Seinfeld over any of those series any day.

I scrolled your OP about five times to see if you had Curb and AD here. Curb is Seinfeld on HGH. Fan of both and can honestly say Curb is funnier.
You never seen AD and a lot of people say it is the GOAT. You can literally watch the whole run three or four times and miss a lot of the inside jokes. My favorite comedy series from start to finish, basically made Will Arnett( who hasn't come close to matching his portrayal of GOB) re-invented Jason Bateman. Modern Family is really just an homage to this series.
I strongly recommend watching season 1-3 before the long awaited season 4 and AD movie come out.

Freaks and geeks a sitcom? If so it wins

Watched most of these in syndication except for Men and Frasier. Loved Frasier. Only watch King of Queens because of Leah Remini(extremely hot pre pregnancy).

I agree with the OP about Frasier. From the theme song to the end, its a snoozer.
And i think the first few Office seasons were the best comedy i've ever seen on TV.
I think Seinfeld was overrated. Its ok, but rarely makes me laugh. Kramer kind of annoyed me. Imho. Fire away.

was the OP speaking of the 3 general majors (NBC, CBS, ABC)? because with the rest of the cable networks stepping up their game (not TBS of course), this may change the arguement or maybe change his original question if he thought about the other networks....?

When I wrote the OP I was thinking pretty much just about network TV, but the discussion throughout the thread has added non-network shows to the mix. I agree that adding in the non-network shows to the equation does change things a bit.
