So again I misunderstand. In my effort to fit in around here where you all want to see black leads in every story that comes down the pike. I suggested a black lead for the new shazam movie. Then I misunderstood the poster that answered me. I must've half read his post because I thought he was correcting me saying Levi was actually black. I had written off the movie for not being diverse enough for my tastes. So imagine my excitement when I learned that I could go see the movie after all. Now I'm hearing that I got my hopes up for nothing. Turns out that Levi is of Welsh descent and I can't see the movie now.
I have to say that my disappointment runs deep.

The only person who goes by the name of Shazam in the movie is the wizard. Who is black. Who is also a fish king and Kree. Did have a buddy named Russell Crowe too

I was just poking fun at the clowns here that like to discuss black leads for traditionally white roles. It's usually hilarious.

Finally they have figured their shite out. It's unfortunate that it's taken them this long. Hopefully they can figure out a way to do Superman justice. I say restart the entire character like Marvel did with Spiderman. That character has been rebooted twice in less than 5 years and people dont care. Just get it right.
