I could be wrong but a movie that was panned is different from a movie that bombed right?

yes

panned = universally bad reviews

bombed = losing money at box office

Some people don't know the difference between "panned" and bombing at the box office

L.A. Confidential didn't get many looks iirc.

Scream had to be re-released in theaters once word spread.

Well the OP's title makes no sense, but I just figured he wanted both...BO gross and reviews.

So "panned at the Box office" has to imply "bombing" and terrible reviews.

I think OP really meant...box office gross and lack thereof.

Who gives a crap if some critics didn't like a movie...the proof is in the ticket sales.

The beginning and the end of Shawshank are really good. It does get slow in the middle though

kind f like a prison term oddly enough

At the start there is the excitement of being new meat, at the end the excitement of getting out, kinda slow in the midde.

Boondock Saints.

Poor reviews and box office with limited theaters. 50 mill in DVD sales.
