I'm not really. Here's what I suspect

Lori's main hook is QVC. Who, also wants their cut.

I'd suspect Lori makes a deal for Lori, and post-facto when the contestants sit down and realize that their share is being cut into yet again by QVC, they've unknowingly taken on a 3rd partner. I can only imagine the hundreds of ways those negotiations could fall apart, even with Lori's help

if home shopping network falls thru, her value is lessened. The only other thing in her back pocket is Bed Bath Beyond and a few other retailers of the like that sell alot of "As seen on TV" type gimmicky shite. While she has some heavy-hitters at her disposal, it seems like she only has a very few. If one or two of them fall through, she's out of resources for sales and distribution
