Someone on a Reddit post I read awhile back figured out that Jerry is in the lead with 66 girlfriends, Elaine had 56, George had 47 and Kramer had 16.
Amazing that Kramer had the least, not surprising at all that Elaine had so many. George actually did pretty well for himself, but it's pretty clear throughout the series that he had no problem getting women to date him.
