The entire last 45 minutes of Lonesome Dove.
I have no idea why, but damn near every single scene in the finale of the film/miniseries kills me. It's about friendship, loss, love, denial, pride, and longing for better days, all while very few actual lines are spoken. There's at least 4 times, from Gus's death on, that movie hits your emotions like shotgun.

Elizabeth Shue crying in the shower in Leaving Las Vegas.
When the movie ended I laid in bed and stared at the wall like a zombie for an hour.
As for actual crying, hard to say, I tear up at damn near everything. Coco did a number on me, since my daughter had just been born when I watched it.
Edit: Bing Bong might be the king of Pixar gutpunches, since they set him up like a red herring villain.

I used to cry at this scene before I lost my Dad in May. Now it completely wrecks me. God Dammit that’s a great movie.

When Nick Nolte relapses in the movie Warrior. Should have won an Oscar for that alone.

That final montage when Woodrow thinks back on things and remembers all the people he left behind.

As a kid, my dad and I watched a lot of older, his generation westerns together.
Shane, Come Back! used to get me every time.

End of saving private Ryan. “Earn this” and then him at his gravesite saluting.
“He may have been your father but he wasn’t your daddy”. Yondu death scene surprisingly got to me
