Only Gladiator was most memorable for me. Maximus Decemus Arelieus , father of a son, husband to a murdered wife... and all round bad arse!

critics say that he's gladiator in every movie that he does. L.A. Confidential he's detective gladiator, etc. It's funny and kinda true.
