My favorite show when I was a kid. Fulfilled a bucket list item by visiting "Station 51" when I was in LA a few years ago.
Randy had been very sick for a while. He had an impact beyond acting by promoting the paramedic profession. May his memory be a blessing.

Dixie (Julie London) was an original MILF; and had one of the sexiest voices in Hollywood. Great show.

Watched this show all the time as a kid. Still catch an episode every now and then on MeTV. It is on weekdays at 4pm. RIP.

Man, I was in LA a few months ago, but didn’t have the time. It’s on my list for sure.

I wanted to be a paramedic until I was about 10 or 11 because of that show. To be honest, I think that show and Gage and DeSoto invented the paramedic profession as we know it today.

It’s also crazy that people are just smoking away in hallways, waiting rooms, patient rooms…LOL

Bobby Troup, Julie London's husband and fellow "Emergency" co-star, wrote the famous song "Route 66" for Nat King Cole.

and had a rep for having a wild sense of humor offstage

Found the show itself boring, but the outtakes on YT are hilarious
