This fricking sucks. I really liked Daniel, he was one of the solid characters on this show and he doesn't deserve this.
Victoria is still a POS but she has a right to be angry about this. I hope she can have enough sense here to go after the real bad guy here and that's Malcolm black, even if she has to team up with Emily.
But all in all, that was a great first half of the season. Can't wait for January.

Victoria is somewhat responsible for what happened since she was the one who suggested the FBI look into Emily..

I thought it was going to be one of those things where when the show returns in 2015 we'd see Daniel in the ER and eventually make a full recovery. The previews nixed that real fast.

I was really loving scenes now with Emily and Daniel, esp when I found out they are a couple IRL. And with the baby now, was really hoping for a redemption arc with Daniel where we get to see him become a decent human being once and for all(and not die because of it).
I couldn't imagine having to do a scene where my SO is dying in my arms. Talk about mess with your head.

Wasn't expecting the Daniel thing. That sucks. I figured the fed chick would die but, didn't expect Daniel.
Now of course Victoria will blame Emily and the feud will continue.

Why lie? David and Emily haven't been afraid of anyone. why fear this guy?
Now you have people who have been creating flawless elaborate stories fumbling around during questioning and forgetting keys in van doors ?
the fbi chick came at emily, took an arse whipping, managed to get to a gun and shoots daniel. Then she is shot by jack before she could shoot emily. That truth seems a lot easier to believe.
and now,the guy drives up in front of police headquarters, stabs a high ranking officer and just drives away?
