You have to admit that was a tough bike he was riding. Run over by a cop that’s probably doing 30 MPH and that back tire healed up real quick.

I watched it last night and expected it be woke but it is pretty good. The First Blood analogy is spot on.

bullshite movie from the get go, white cops are bad, innocent black guy riding a bike gets ran over and accosted. Steals the guys money who’s bringing his cash to bail his cousin out for marijuana arrest.

No wonder this country is so divided. Typical race baiting bullshite from Netflix…

Considering I just opened netflix and it's not plastered all over the main screen or in my " your next watch" feed like they do normally with the woke agenda... I'm gona label your post

bullshite
for now. But imma fire it up while i wait on a decent game to come on so I'll let ya know if i change my mind.

This is you projecting your biases and assumptions. The cops were after his money, they didn't express any opinions on his race. Hell, the main cop that attacked him ended up being a good guy. As others have said, shitheel cops did the same type of shite to Stallone in First Blood, was it because he was Italian?

Because they say counties sometimes, then one or two times I’ve heard them say parish. Then one time I heard the main character say I need to get out of this Alabama town.

I never heard the word county. They said parish at least once. The Samaritan hospital employee has a louisiana emblem on his uniform. All the license plates are Louisiana.

The main character calls the town a "Bama-arse town". I interpreted that as an insult, not as a marker of location.

The black cop was bad. You are the type of person that will find this everywhere you look.

The closest thing to a racist comment was calling the construction crew outside a "redneck firing squad", but he was right in doing so.

It started off great but it drug-on and got boring. I thought the ending was ok but in the scenario of the movie I would have liked some final answers. It was ok for a Netflix movie but it was probably 30 minutes to long.

Pretty spot on review. It kinda fizzles out, and falls victim to too many contrivances before the final showdown. Don’t want to spoil it for anyone so I won’t get into specifics.

It was still an entertaining movie.

As for all the concerns over it being “woke”,
say. I signs of that. As others have said the only message was that Civil Asset Forfeiture sucks.
