Prior to seeing any video, it's important to understand these things.
1-It is very believable a person would speed on a motorcycle
2-It is very believable a neighbor can throw an unwarranted fit about all sorts of issues
3-It is very believable a neighbor can not like the loud exhaust of a motorcycle/truck/car and have that loudness influence their perception into thinking they're speeding when they actually are not.
After watching the 1st short video from another neighbor;
1-Neighbor got off way easy! Yes Richson punched him a couple times on the ground but it was clear he was restraining himself and not using full force behind those punches. Further restraint by not pummeling him further and allowing him to get up. (Despite people's general roid rage assumptions, this matches Richson's usually calm demeanor)
2-As Richson leaves, as soon as the bike cranks and the exhaust sounds the neighbor again gets animated, obvious he hates the loudness and that may have influenced his perception of speeding
After watching Richson's body cam video;
1-Up to confrontation Ritchson's bike went less than 25mph (I understand that doesn't meant he couldn't have sped previously)
2-Neighbor stood directly in front of Richson causing him to lay down his bike
3-Looks like Richson pushes him first to me, completely understandable, but others say neighbor actually pushed first.
4-Neighbor continues to instigate
5-Neighbor possibly drinking? Richson asked him that a few times after he got up close, possibly he smelled it, and might explain why neighbor is acting that way
6-Neighbor again gets in front of Richson's bike as he's going to leave, and again causes him to lay the bike down (punches ensue)
7-Richson's max was I think 33mph the rest of the ride
