I thought there was also some reference to them screwing HHM out of part of its share because of the Howard shenanigans. So at least that much.

In Plan and Execution HHM and the opposing law firm (Schwikert?) were going into mediation. HHM was holding out for more than Schwikert's client Sandpiper was willing to pay.
When Howard blew up thanks to Kim and Saul's scam, the Schwikert atty told co-counsel Cliff Mains "our original offer is back on the table, and the amount decreases by $1 million every day until you settle." (or words to that effect).
Which is a long-winded way of saying yes, K&S screwed HHM out of a substantial amount of money.
