Holy shite, fantastic sequel.

The Zangief shite at the beginning had me rolling and I didn't stop for the entire movie.

How did you just post this?

Internet works fine for me.

It was so well thought out. My grandparents took my kids to see it and they were able to connect so many dots around what the Internet actually is versus how they perceived it. I know it’s a movie, but there were so many metaphorical representations, like the search guy, that they absolutely loved.

Regarding the search guy, the window that he sat at was shaped like the text box that you typed your search into. The entire movie was so we'll crafted. The kids only seemed to appreciate the parts with the Disney princesses but I loved all of it.

Yeah the Princesses will get all the love and they were funny.

My fav part was Ralph going viral and dark web

I preferred the original. No big twists or reveals in this one.

Ralph as Bob Ross had me rolling. No idea why but that was my biggest laugh.

Twists and reveals do not make a good movie

No, but this one just plodded along. The funniest thing was the Disney Princesses, and they gave most of that away in the trailers.

You’re crazy. This movie was surprisingly deep as a kids film.

Yeah. Definitely not as good. And a slap in the face of the lessons of the first one.

Saw it last night. Wife loved it. I thought it was pretty average. Tons of Easter eggs to find and I loved the Nightmare Before Christmas nod in the background. Other than that, a pretty forgettable movie.

You seem like an absolute joy to be around (sarcasm).

Saw it with the kids. They were entertained but I thought it was boring.

Movie was incredibly clever. Great follow-up installment for the series.

A very good sequel but not as good as the original. The characters are mostly still great (although Ralph is made somewhat annoying) but the plot is really just all over the place compared to the first, which I guess makes sense since the internet is all over the place. But still, it made for a less satisfying movie in my opinion.

Also really lacked any good set pieces that it could have had. They created a bonkers world and if they do a third movie, they need to take advantage of that better with at least one scene that blows your socks off even if Ralph is not an action movie.
