If you notice at the beginning of the movie, the ranch sign says Dick & Bettina. At the end of the movie, no Dick.

I saw a deleted scene on YouTube where Chuck opens Bettina's package. It was a couple of jars of salsa and a letter about reigniting their love.
We don't know much about Bettina's husband aside from his name, Dick Peterson, and the fact he answered the door in Russia wearing a cowboy hat and boots with a bathrobe. We also know he had some game with the ladies, or a zillion dollars, because Bettina and the Ruskie chick were both smoking hot.
