Bonnie is Marsellus's niece, therefore by marriage, Jimmy is the nephew of Marsellus.

Can't believe it took til page 2.Mr.Wolf asks Jimmy if his Uncle and Aunt Jenny that gave him the sheets that they're gonna use are Millionares. Then he says well your Uncle Marcellus is and he'll be glad to buy you a whole bedroom suite.
"You like oak Jimmy.I'm an Oak Man." "Yeah, oak is nice."
eta:Jimmy and Jules are tight somehow because Jimmy Dog Cusses him for bringing the headless corpse there.Plus he allows himself to be implicated as a favor. Background needed.

I believe it's because he buys the gourmet expensive stuff.
That's because he wants to taste it, when Bonnie goes shopping she buys shite.

Jules Winnfield: Get the frick out my face with that shite! The motherfricker that said that shite never had to pick up itty-bitty pieces of skull on account of your dumb arse.

i think the wolf just referred to marsellus as "uncle", meaning he can be your sugar daddy as long as you help take care of this problem.

I was at RottonTamatoes and pretty much that whole exchange is great When one of them says something about being out of trouble Mr. Wolf says this.

quote:
The Wolf: Well, let's not start sucking each other's dicks quite yet.

Maybe so, but Bonnie was definitely a sista, so I always figured "uncle" had a literal meaning.

Jimmy calls Marcellus (his uncle by marriage to the unseen Bonnie). Marcellus summons Wolf (the fixer), and he is dispatched to Jimmy's house.
quote:Wikipedia
Jimmie Dimmick (Quentin Tarantino) is a friend of Jules' who provides a safe place to store Vincent's bloody car after he accidentally kills Marvin. He has a wife named Bonnie who is working a graveyard shift at the hospital when Jules calls him explaining the situation. Jules and Vincent seek refuge at Jimmie's house and Marsellus enlists the help of The Wolf (Harvey Keitel) to assist them in the disposing of Marvin's body.
Now I'm confused.

Bonnie was seen though, remember, there was a "vision" of her freaking out when she saw "dead negro" in her house.

True.I think the site I copied that from is wrong.I'm starting to think Jimmy was just a random friend of Jules.

bonnie is black= true
jules refers to jimmy as one of his associates
bonnie is not related to marsellus

bonnie is not related to marsellus

Maybe so, I always thought otherwise, but that's just based on Bonnie being black and Marsellus being referred to as "uncle."

what im curious about is what type of gathering was the wolf at, dressed in a tuxedo, at 730am when marsellus calls him,
Posted on 4/14/13 at 12:37 pm to 632627
His wife is black and he uses "****" like that? Tarantino is a dick.

I was always under the assumption that it was an all-nighter that hadn't wrapped up yet.
And no, Marsellus is not Bonnie's uncle.

Even though they never state this, i always imagined that Jimmy was a small time pot dealer that Jules calls when he is in that area of town.
He refers to him a his "partner", plus we know Jules likes pot because of the Amsterdamn conversation....
Jules - "That's all there is to it i'm f*cking going"
Vicent - "Yeah baby, you'd digg it the most"
I imagined Jimmy living in the suburbs, like Eric Stoltz character dealing pot instead of Herion, laying around the house dealing pot playing house husband while the wife is at work.
