Instead of a desert island, you are on the rocket to Mars, and can only take 1 of these 3 shows with you on the trip. Don't worry, you'll get normal access to your favorite shows and movies when you get there.

So, which one do you pick?

For me, its Psych. Futurama only has 30 minute episodes and I never enjoyed it as much as Psych as a whole, and while I enjoyed Scrubs, it never pulled me in like Psych did.

Hey, at least the trip isn't super long, like to Pluto. Especially with what happened to it, did you hear about that?

Oh, and ftr...

I chose these 3 because you need a well rounded show in the monotony that would be a space trip to Mars. When I think of modern comedies with a ton of heart, these 3 come to mind immediately. Additionally, they all have excellent storytelling and writing, as well as great characters and world building, to along with their comedy chops.

Edit: The following is no longer a stipulation. You get the complete series.

But I initially had it so you could only get 121 episodes because Psych had 121, and its the least amount of episodes between the 3. You could also choose which 121 episodes you get from Futurama and Scrubs though. Futurama had 140 episodes, and Scrubs had 181.

I know this is your thread and topic, but why not be able to watch full season of each series? I suppose you coudl say "well if you picked scrubs with 181 you'd get more watch time so to combat the boredom that'd be the automatic pick" but I mean at that point we're just splitting hairs.

I think it'd be far too difficult to have to scrap and choose 60 full episodes of a show to leave off the watchlist.

You did hit on the intent of 121 correctly, I suppose I can remove that stipulation.

60 episodes is almost another complete show's worth of time. But then again, with Futurama only having 30 minutes episodes, it would be even further hampered on time by losing 20 episodes.

Love Psych but I find it less rewatchable.

I'm taking Futurama.

Of the 3...Scrubs. But maybe Psych because I never finished it so much of it would be new

If I could add one, 30 Rock. High re-watchability factor there.

SNL I feel like would be perfect for this.

I haven’t watched in years but that’s hours upon hours of entertainment. Plus you get musical acts you can jump around on when you want that.

Scrubs. I never watched the later seasons with the new group, and all the Juliet/Shawn stuff on Psych annoyed me. Serious relationship Shawn wasn’t as fun.
