Seeing this one gave me at least a little hope that they might adapt the Batman vs Predator graphic novel to film.
I knew it was a long shot, but still. Damned good series.

Unless the Predators wear armor appropriate to the level of civilization they hunt, having them operate in the 18th century would seem to be more like fishing out of a stocked pond.
I mean, they can only fight Earthlings based on the weaponry that exists during that time period. Hell, for all we know they've been visiting since the dawn of man, and we are the only species worthy of a good fight, no matter how primitive the weaponry may be. Maybe that's why they keep coming back to train.

Im surprised they havent done one set in WW2 or World War 1 honestly . Seems like the Predators wouldve been attracted to hunting during those conflicts, since they like to go up against great fighters

who's to say they didnt use the humans to help improve their tech? Maybe we got good at hunting them once we knew what was up in a given time period.
Factor in relativity and they might come back thinking they have the right stuff but we have evolved another 50 years.
If "Predators" is considered cannon then one of those guys came back with a samurai sword that was, "Very old".
Lot of cool stuff to mine there. Especially if you go back in time. make us more primitive but make them more primitive as well.
