re: Paranormal Activity...Alternate ending

last night as I was hanging out with a girl friend of mine, my alarm came on all of the sudden and it freaked the shite out of me, then I remembered I accidently set it to 12 am

I'm trying to get Bren to take me to see it tonight. Friend of mine went to see it over the weekend. She said during the movie, there's some banging and stuff before something would happen (?) and when the movie was over, the theater didn't turn the lights on. Someone that got out of the theater first started banging on the walls and all the people behind her coming down the stairs started running and pushing people out of the way. She said some people were pushed down and some were just trying to run out to the theater

I kept waiting for something to fly at the camera (I saw this on the trailer) but it didn't happen. Now I know it was one of the alternate endings.

Overall, I thought that up until the last 10 minutes, it was pretty average. But, those last 10 minutes were pretty disturbing.

I feel the same way about the film. Pretty slow moving. I almost turned it off halfway in. But the last 20-30 minutes were very good.

Ok, i would like to know if the alternate endings are per screen or per theater. this would be cool to know. it sounds like they are per Brick and mortar theater by theater, not per screen. does anyone know?

Just got home from the movie theatre, i saw the ending where she charges the camera at the end. I normally dont get scared in horror movies but i was pretty freaked at the end of this one, scariest movie I'v ever seen.

We just got back from seeing this movie and I was scared and I'm still scared!!! My husband was snickering throughout most of the movie. After the first time she got out of the bed, I started to tell my husband, we probably need to leave the theater now because I was getting creeped out. The last time she got out of the bed, and he followed her, I was totally freaked out by that point and kept my eyes covered with my hands but I did peek out in time to see her crawling towards the video camera and closed my eyes again real quick. Just in time too! Because whatever happened next made the audience all scream.

Then we go to leave the theater and my husband wanted to walk of the back door exit by ourselves so the demons could get us. I wasn't happy about that
