It’s probably been discussed. We saw thislittle gem while living in L.A., and my wife and I still consider it a fine little thriller.
Billy Bob Thornton and Bill Paxton star. Thornton and his crew are brutal drug dealers and killers. Paxton is a small town cop waiting for them to arrive.

It's an "If Billy Bob wasn't an actor, this is probably what his life would be like" movie. Rightfully so because he helped write it. He and Tom Epperson co-wrote One False Move.The Gift (2000), A Family Thing (1996) and A Family Thing and Camouflage (2001). One False Move was both's 1st movie writing credit in 1991.
Basically about a country hick moves to LA, from Arkansas, and gets into a crime filled life, and associates with low lives. The one good thing in his life is Fantasia, who is also a country girl that made her way to LA.
