If you had a huge antenna you might pick a Lafayette or New Orleans station as well, but if you had standard rabbit ears you had WBRZ and WAFB (NBC/ABC and CBS/ABC). This was pre-LPB.
In the early 70's we had an antenna that could pick up New Orleans from Baton Rouge, but not great. We'd get a ladder and climb up on the roof to manually rotate it to get a better image, while yelling down to someone in the living room through an open door. After a year of that nonsense we bought an electronic gizmo that would rotate the antenna remotely. But you still had to change the channel manually on a dial.

"Ill Wind"
One of my favorite episodes, set on the Texas Gulf Coast during a hurricane. I believe this is the closest the series ever got to LA.
The show never did a Mardi Gras episode, which is surprising since it seems perfect for the series premise, allowing a climax where Kimble escapes from Girard in the crowd.

TVs had like 12 channels (2-13) Some cities only had 4-5. And you had to get off the couch to change it.
Yep. I can remember when N.O. had 4 channels. WWL, WDSU, WVUE and PBS. On the dial they were 4, 6, 8 and 12 respectively.
Unless you had a kid to do your dirty work, you got off the couch and turned the dial and hoped the picture came in good enough to not have to move the rabbit ear antenna around to clear up the picture.
We augmented our rabbit ear antenna with a piece of aluminum foil rolled up and attached from one ear to the other for better reception.

Every Fugitive episode at the Internet Archive
Don't binge. Watch an episode every 2-3 days. Live in the lonely desperation; engulf yourself in the paranoia.

The Fugitive was a great show. I watched a ton of the reruns in the 90's.
Nick at Night used to run them then (before they changed the name to TV Land).
