Not quite. If you remember the Doctor Strange film, he was using Astral Projection to study in his sleep.

Wanda went a step further in that she was wide awake and making tea while she was astrally projecting. Even Strange hasn't shown he can multitask like that.

Dude. I'm no liberal, snowflake, or woke idiot. But give up on the 1990 "Lean On Me" takes and please stop using this.

Head Necromancer In Charge?

At first I was disappointed that the Pietro "recasting" was a just wink to Marvel fans, but I'm sure Marvel wants to start over with their X-Men property, so it makes sense.... and is probably a better decision.

Plus, that twist really benefited from the series being a weekly release, as opposed to an all-at-once binge. It gave the fans a lot more time to theorize.

I really liked the series. I even really liked the setup more than the inevitable CGI finale battle

We have to remember that the mouse is not going to mess with their Billion dollar formula. The big reveals and plots are staying with the movies. The MCU movie plots are simple and understandable as they hop from movie to movie. They were never going to have millions of people show up at spider man saying, “wait, what the F is going on? This is stupid, I don’t understand. I’ve seen every movie, I don’t remember this”.

Disney plus will give us character development and flesh out storylines but nothing that they cant reintroduce in a movie in a quick matter of minutes at most. It will be fun to see the little things no one else does.

For me it worked. I now understand and care about wanda more than any other mcu current character and some of the darker elements will mean more going forward.

It could also allow Wanda to have her "NO MORE MUTANTS!" moment.

Didn’t like the finale, it felt weak and didn’t really have any surprise to it. Was hoping for a lead into something. Post credit was eh too.

Really loved the way they’ve set Wanda up to be the Jean Grey of Phase 4. She is now far and away the most powerful Avenger but she is going to lose herself trying to get her kids back. She is going to clash hard with Dr Strange as the Sorcerer Supreme and it’s going to be awesome when it happens.

This is a red herring misdirect like pietro being Quicksilver. If Wanda didnt turn into a villain in this show when she actually had the kids, she is Not going to be the big bad or a villain of phase 4.

Wanda will learn to control her Scarlett Witch powers and use them for good, bring Wiccan and Speed back...they will be a part of the Young Avengers.

She has to be defeated by Squirrel Girl (Lily from AT&T) first.

The real question in that battle is which one has the better boobies? {@@}

I enjoyed this episode. It wrapped up WandaVision pretty well. The way Vision “defeated” White Vision with logic was good, because deep down he is the original Vision.

Wanda fully embracing her powers and getting her new look was pretty sweet.

Bonus: I guess this makes Peter’s chaperone in Far From Home’s constant insistence of the monsters being caused by “witches” make more sense.

Boy i swear. The answers we got were such a letdown for this show.

So many damn red herring fake outs that meant nothing.

Overall great show but damn.

He did, it's ringing in the scene when he takes it in front of the other guy. Not sure how they missed that.

Oh no Wanda is reading the Darkhold now...

Wanda has the Darkhold.

The Necronomicon is directly related to the Darkhold in Marvel Canon.

Wanda is confirmed to be in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.

Sam Raimi is directing.

Bruce Cambell is confirmed to have an unknown cameo in Multiverse of Madness.

So....

Enjoyed the series from beginning to end. Finale was fun. The existential crisis of The Vision was very poetic, reminded me of his interactions with Ultron at the end of AoU.

Tommy and Billy will return.
Where The Vision winds up will be interesting.
To Banner? To Fury? To Ross?

Wasn’t a fan of Hayward’s ending.

No aerospace engineer although Reed could be up in space with SWORD.

It’s crazy to think that this is the origin story of The Scarlet Witch after all this time. Olsen looks so damn fine in that costume.

I watched it, walked off after the first credit scene. Heard something (one of the kids?), so came back in and scrolled to the end to see it.

so, she's astral-projecting as she reads the Darkhold and drinks tea.
Like I said, it sounded like one of the kids.

Speaking of Strange, where the hell is he?! The guys main job is to protect the Earth against magic and he can't take a car drive over to New Jersey to see what's going on?

To be fair, he has a terrible track record with driving.
