The fact that Negan says "you took that like a champ" on the first swing leads me to believe it is a male character.
No offense to the ladies, but none of them are going to take a bat to the dome like a champ.
And for someone to take that hit, it would be a tough, big man. Like Abraham.
He's a main character, but not that popular to really shake things up.
So my vote is Abraham

Abe wouldn't be a shocker. The producers had said shocker. Neither would Glenn. The shocker could be Daryl - who was involved in every single dealing with Negan's group. The creators said they were getting back to the comics and Daryl's death won't interfere with that storyline.
My bet is he gets carol first and then daryl goes crazy and he's next.

yeah, it's obviously a guy, because he says was that your right-hand man? And it's to his right as the blood splatter is on his right cheek. So it's a guy who was right of Rick in the lineup.

No. There is someone in between Rick and Abe. All you can see are the knees and one arm. I think that's Carl. Dang. Hope it's not Carl; but now that I think about it, I can see it being Carl. Yikes.

So Make A Path Presents claims to have seen a leak of the kill and said it was pretty fricking brutal. The guy is a pretty legit YouTuber who doesn't seem like the one to troll his fans so I'm not sure on this one
