Saying this after that clusterfrick of a post
A 100% factual clusterfrick of a post, whether he wants to admit it or not. He just chooses to ignore canon. Whatever. Then he pouts and starts namecalling just because others might follow canon.

No I didnt. I played the shite out kotor
Congrats. Nothing I said had anything to do with KOTOR.

Ahh more namecalling.
From the dude who called me retarded first.

someone that doesnt understand the concept of canon.
I understand canon is what the Lord Mouse says it is. That still doesn't change the fact force healing has been around for quite some time now.
I mean it should tell you something when Disney waves their magic wand, invalidates the EU, then steals ideas from the EU. Without paying a single cent of royalty of course.

Congrats. I didnt say you did. I'm the one that brought up kotor. Again with the comprehension

From the dude who called me retarded first.
quote:I thought we went over this. Go back and look. Again with the comprehension. Nobody is saying that nobody on planet earth has ever seen or heard of force healing before... we are saying in the "real" star wars, it didnt exist. In other words, nobody within the movies or mandalorian series has ever done it or seen it. It's really not that difficult. You know the difference between the characters within canon, and us fans right.

Ok I get it, but that is another argument and doesnt have any bearing on what I'm saying. I'm not going to disagree

Did you know potatoes are comprised mostly of starch?
Sorry, I just decided to bring that up too. And has about as much relevance as you playing KOTOR.

Went back and looked. You brought up me being a Bama fan first. So again, spare me your feigned indignation.
quote:

Up until Lord Mouse issued his edict, it did in fact exist in "real" star wars.
But again, much easier to avoid paying royalties when you just say "it never existed" and then put it in your movies.

Dude, you are wrong though.
Not really.
It isn't a new concept to Star Wars. Hell, an argument could be made that it isn't even a new concept to Canon.

Based on your posts, I'm not sure that you even have a solid grasp of this.

Well, I was bringing up items that were not canon. I mentioned kotor and books too if I remember correctly without scrolling back. So quite relevant in a discussion about canon.
quote:that is an insult, not name calling. Do you not know the difference?
You brought up me being a Bama fan first.
quote:unfortunately for your weak argument, it was determined by "lord maus", that only shite in canon is "real". Sorry. You can choose to consider anything real that you want. But fact remains, nobody within "real" star wars has performed or seen force healing whether you a knowledge it or not. Pretty much the original posters point to begin with.

Really? It seems based on my posts I'm the one with the solid grasp of canon. Or at the very least, the only one who acknowledges canon.

At least you have a shitty movie to fill time with within that span.

By far the best episode of the series. First time since the end of episode 1 I can't wait for next week.

The biggest question have is, will the resolve the missing child BEFORE seasons end? Hopefully because of the cliffhanger in this episode, they wont need to extend it past next episode.

That's when Baby Yoda totters up, reaches out his hand, and heals Karga with the Force. We'll write that again because it bears repeating: He HEALS KARGA WITH THE FORCE. The poison is gone, and the wound closes.
This is not something we've seen before. The closest would be Obi-Wan Kenobi using a Force trance to help Luke recover from the Sand People in the very first Star Wars film. No other instances of "Force healing" canonically exist on this level — some video games and stories in the old legends did things like this; Jedi like Shaak Ti and Barriss Offee were among the ones that could do it — but in the new canon, and in full live action? This is new.

No, it doesn't seem like that at all.
You're wrong.
Deal with it.

And the fact remains force healing has been a thing for years. You sucking Disney's dick doesn't change that fact.

That would be wrong. I won’t be seeing it in theaters.
