I agree with someone a few pages back: Jax meets Mr. Mayhem through his own charter's vote. He has always shown that he isn't afraid to die if it's on his terms. He was ready to sacrifice himself instead of choosing one of his own guys to die in jail, before Opie gave himself up.
Also, there's no way Nero makes it to that farm.

I've thought for a while that Wendy and Chucky would be the only 2 to survive. Now it seems too obvious that everyone is relying on Wendy to survive and since Sutter likes to play the old rope-a-dope I wouldn't be surprised if he kills her and the kids at this point just to get a rise out of people.

Killing the mom is rough simply b/c she is his mom. However she killed Tara and Jax not only blamed her for Tara's death, but bobby and all the other bloodshed since Tara's death. Jax also knows Gemma was is at least partly responsible for JT's death. What is just as fricked up in my opinion is that he killed Unser in cold blood. Unser was one of the few people on the show left that still tried to do the right thing. Jax killing him was really fricked up.

is Mr Mayhem that his own charter kills him? That makes sense - I guess that was what the deal with the other chapter was about - they patch in the black gang and Jax promises that his chapter will kill him.
And I guess Jax has enough self awareness to realize that if Juice had to die, Gemma had to die, he has to die as well.

I'm not so sure Jax will die from mayhem, they'll vote for it but I could see them figuring out a way to fake his death so he, Wendy, Nero, and the kids can ride off into the sunset

I just think at this point Jax is too damn tortured and tormented to live on. I think he knows the club, his kids, and damn near everything around him is better off without him. Best case he goes nomad (and I very much doubt that happens). Worst case Chibbs has to kill him and Tig has to help bury his body.
For as much as I hate Gemma, I was glad to see her go out that way. That she told Jax she had to go, that it was ok, and all of that. But damn if that bastard Unser didn't live out with terminal cancer and manage to get his arse shot.
