Bingo. Which is why the average fan is thrilled tonight instead of seeing you just rewarded mediocrity.
The show has been doing it for close to ten years but the last six or seven they ran to their core and it’s ruined the game.
We had a vote tonight that was admittedly based on race. Haven’t had a white winner in five years. It’s the game they want and they are fueled by their main base,

That was stupid. I didn’t like Vinny but he deserved to win over Ashley. She won nothing the whole season so she pissed none off.

Thought overall it was a weak season. I hate the addition of one former player. Takes away from the new players making it their own. So thus, I think the winner matches the weak season.

Per the usual, the average reddit user is too fricking stupid to understand why this is bad for the game.
Sets a precedent that its better to be a pussy and never try to win comps, because you might piss people off along the way. Thus we get the scared arse gameplay we had all season of people afraid to make big moves
