I agree. All Vanessa does is verbally bully people until they give in to her to shut her up. That is why it was so great when Becky hit her with the "no more deals" line . . . it shut Vanessa up and stopped her cold because that was all she planned to do was force at least a one week deal.
She always has important information that she "will tell you later" but she never follows through. She just tries to make herself seem valuable when, in fact, she is just another vote.
