but seriously when you think about it why isnt that the case. I can take you off and they cant put me up. But if I am up I cant use it on you and not be up. I obviously understand it but feel like it would be way more interesting

Rules say you can't be replacement nomination. If you take the person off you are still nominated. Don't know the exact rules but this is my reasoning.
