Victoria and Jocasta will obviously use it if they win, and Donny probably will as well. I doubt Christine does, and I wouldn't think that Hayden would.
If I was Frankie, the last thing I would want to do is win it. If he does, then Zach (and maybe some other's in the Detonators) will probably try and pressure him to use it to back door Amber. But if he does use it, them he'll risk getting a target put on his back.
