The feeds are not truly all-access. The producers routinely block the feeds for various reasons.

they only show 4 feeds online at a time...she was by herself so that is pretty boring and they just didnt have the feeds on her at that time. it just means the fans watching online couldnt capture and save it
the producers and camera people saw it and probably have it on file though
ETA: and she was in the HOH shower because Frank said she could use it
ETA 2: at this point JoJo is the target and both Janelles team and Boogies team is on board with that...but there is still a lot of time for things to change

Dan and Boogie talked for a while last night in the HoH room. Boogie wants to keep Danielle because he knows Dan can 100% control her and Dan promised to work with Boogie whenever they needed.
Dan and Boogie hatched a plan to get Janelle's team on Danielle's side by convincing Janelle they want Frank and Shane up next week. He is going to have this conversation while playing chess so Boogie can see the reaction on Janelles face. Dan said he will reach for the large rook when proposing the scenario.
So long story short, everyone is correct in saying Danielle appears to be safe.
