Other than P2 probably singing Volcano, I have no idea what they will sing. Chez might sing the Whitney song, but I don't care what she sings. She never feels them, anyway. Have I said that before? I'm having some dejavu.

Yeah, her outfit doesn't really suit her and Colton's hair still looks like an animal skin.

A total fluke and my foot swelled up like a big old I don't know what, immediately. It was so so painful and I was on vacation out of state at the time to complicate matters.

That had to be tough being out of state when something like that happened to you. It's really never convenient when you have an accident like that anyway regardless if you are near home or away. But being on vacation makes the situation a lot worse.

That's the only one I've ever had, but by the time the surgery came around, I was in so much pain for so long, I was ready to try whatever was necessary to get some relief.

I'm going to be so ready to get this done by the time Monday rolls around. Even though I said I have a little bit of nervousness going on. I would go get this done now if I could. I'm definitely not in a comfortable position the way they have the arm and all right now.

If it will make you feel better since you are religious, go to a Catholic book store and buy the Green Scapular. Have it blessed by a priest. Have someone keep it in the room with you until you can wear it or keep it near you in a pocket or in the bed. Say the one sentence prayer every day. If you can't, have someone say it for you.

Truly amazing suggestion. Thank you so much. I will definitely do this.

That and the old reruns of black and white or old shows will be entertaining. Lucy comes on Hallmark in the wee hours. Watch those, too. If you can find any old Andy Griffith shows with Barney Fife, they're remarkably funny when you're loopy. I would imagine you'd have stronger pain meds after the surgery.

I'll definitely have to check out Lucy during the late nights after my surgery. I like Andy Griffith too. The doctor said they will be sending me home with some very strong stuff after the surgery during my recovery phase. Should be some interesting times watching tv.

I know the feeling well. I had to stay in the bed with my foot propped above my head for two straight weeks. I could only get up for the bathroom. It was misery. Only time I cheated. I finagled a way to get my hair washed with my foot in the air. It wasn't pretty, but I was desperate and those shower wipes only did so much. If you can't shower or bathe for a few days, get those big old hospital bath wipe things. I had to use those. No choice. They worked very well, but not on the hair.

So far, i have definitely had to get creative to wash off. Garbage bags and excessive amount of towels to not get the arm/shoulder area wet with this big amount of padding and gauze.

Keep in mind that while this will be hard on you, it's also very hard on the caretakers. I know you will be extremely appreciative, but drugs and pain can make one frustrated, sensitive and cranky. Be cognizant of that.

Good point. Im sure I haven't been the easiest to be around. But I am thanking everyone that does help me. Pain medicine can make you cranky. But I will be sure to thank everyone for their help. I really feel blessed to have the helpful people around me that I do. I will do something special for all of them when I am back to full strength.

Big old pothole. Fix it right, so you don't have to do it twice.

Phillip phillips >> Jessica Sanchez.

I really don't want her to win and a "saved" contestant winning is terrible. I think I say this more than you say that Bebe doesn't sing with feeling. Both are true.

I still believe the "save" was a publicity stunt of some sort. Even if, I don't think that should put an asterik if she does win. No other save contestant has made it this far. She is one of the top singers on the show and very deserving. Her voice may not be to some people's liking but she can flat out sing. Period.

Also, she is not the only contestant on the show that was/is lacking a little emotion when they sing. Hollie was not there on feeling the song even though she got a little better towards the end. Most of these kids are young with very little life experiences which probably makes it more difficulty to actually feel a song. The only person I think that sang with feeling every time was Josh. I never thought he was going to win anyways. He just appeals to a smaller crowd. Talented singer though. The top 4 I think could have gone either way...all deserved to be there.

My prediction...Jessica will win.

You're probably right, but I'm holding out hope that she won't.

Predictions for tonight? Jessica comes out and nails her first song judges bow down to her greatness and admit it was the greatest performance since the formation of earth. P2 comes out and does the only honorable thing he can do and concedes the competition. The rest of the night we are treated to jessica's first concert

Wouldn't be a treat for me. I'd turn it off. Not likely to ever listen to her again after this competition, win or lose. Already downloaded P2 and Josh, though.
