Sorry, Conan looks like a puss compared to Arnold. And whats with the Matrix dodging crap... Conan is an immovable force, a Beowulf sort of character... not some Jerry Brockheimer (sp) scorpion king ninja.

but yes.... I'll see it when it's cheaper.

My first impression: Conan meet Michael Bay.

I wish they would stop rehashing old movies that existed before the younger movie audiences were born.

Okay... here's what I think.

First of all, in the trailer, where the hell is Conan? Is he even in the movie? All I see are occasional one-second clips.

It all seems like jump-cutty editing and CGI bullshite to me, which is really disappointing.

I LOVE Conan the Barbarian. Like... in a scary way. And it's not Arnold that I love as Conan. It's just Conan. I have no problems with Jason Momoa as Conan. I just want a movie that gives us what we want: limb chopping, beheading and pain.

This... just looks fake. Conan is supposed to be gritty, dirty and nasty. This is all slick, sleek and silly.

Oh... and HUGE mistake... not using the MUSIC from the original Conan movie. Are you kidding? Who can hear that music and not want to run through a wall, get revenge on somebody and frick a slave girl? HORRIBLE omission, imo.
