Just finished watching it... Something is very hot about Emma Stone.

I'm now watching the Wild and Wonderful Whites of WV... These people are awesome.

Anybody else notice that there are some newer movies on Instant?

Salt. Toy Story 3. The Other Guys. etc.

I'm glad of this. Hopefully it's a sign of things to come.

Since we've moved towards mentioning the more popular stuff, Fifth Element is on now. Probably the most rewatchable movie ever.

So have you watched it yet? I am waiting on you or someone else to watch and actually tell me if it deserves to be listed or is it that horrible?

Oh yeah. I loved it. I started a thread about it, but no one really gave a sit.

He is a strange, sad, interesting man. Artwork is pretty amazing (mostly just that someone would put that much time and thought into such an unconventional and unintentional piece of art). He treats his dolls like humans. Really just very interesting.

Sacrifice (2011) Action & Adventure
broken lives of three men intersect when a remorseful criminal (Devon Bostick) leaves his 5-year-old sister (Arcadia Kendal) in the care of an soldier-turned-priest (Christian Slater) and a grieving cop (Cuba Gooding Jr.) who is still reeling from his wife and daughter's untimely deaths. But keeping the little girl safe from a dangerous drug lord (Kim Coates) will require sacrifice and serious street smarts

Sam's Lake (2006) Horror

Update Part II:

Ninja (2009) Action & Adventure:
American Casey (Scott Adkins) journeys to Japan to study the ancient martial art of ninjutsu with the greatest masters on the planet. Now his training will be put to the test when he's summoned by his sensei (Togo Igawa) to return to New York on a dangerous mission. Casey must protect the Yoroi Bitsu, an armored chest containing the weapons of a legendary ninja. Todd Jensen co-stars in this kickin' martial arts thriller

Original Sin (2001) Thriller:
Wealthy Cuban landowner Luis Vargas (Antonio Banderas) sends away for a plain-Jane bride from the United States named Julia Russell (Angelina Jolie). But when she arrives and turns out to be stunningly beautiful, Vargas is putty in her hands. Not a good thing, since Vargas's new wife turns out to be a cunning con artist of the first order and leaves her new husband breathless -- and holding the bag. Thomas Jane co-stars

Leaves of Grass (2009) Comedy:
Edward Norton stars in this quirky tale centered on a respected Ivy League professor who's lured back to Oklahoma to help his equally brilliant twin brother -- who grows the world's finest hydroponic marijuana -- best a big-time pot pusher (Richard Dreyfuss). Writer-director Tim Blake Nelson co-stars in this oddball crime comedy alongside Keri Russell, Lucy DeVito, Susan Sarandon, Steve Earle and Ty Burrell

Harsh Times (2005) Drama:
Geared up for some carousing around town, an ex-soldier (Christian Bale) who's just accepted a job with the DEA cajoles his pal (Freddy Rodriguez) into joining him for a little hell-raising. But when their good times turn to tragedy, the buddies are in for a rude awakening. First-time director David Ayer also penned the script for this gritty drama about the consequences of friendship, set in South Central Los Angeles.

And Soon the Darkness (2010) Psychological Thriller:
Two American friends, Ellie (Odette Yustman) and Stephanie (Amber Heard), set out for a cycling trip through Argentina, eager to explore its spectacular beauty. But when Ellie vanishes one afternoon, Stephanie's panic and desperation grow as darkness falls. Virtually alone in a foreign land, she wonders whether either of them will make it home alive in this spine-chilling remake of the 1970 British horror classic

The New Daughter (2009) Thriller:
Luis Berdejo directs this supernatural thriller centered on John James (Kevin Costner), who moves to the country to get a new start -- only to be confronted by a new nightmare when his daughter, Louisa (Ivana Baquero), begins acting stranger by the minute. With unsettling events besetting the South Carolina home, John begins to believe that something on the edge of the forest nearby might have the answers he needs.

All Good Things (2010) Thriller:
After restless real-estate scion David Marks (Ryan Gosling) weds middle-class beauty Katie McCarthy (Kirsten Dunst) against the wishes of his disapproving father (Frank Langella), suspicions of murder fall on the unmoored heir when his wife mysteriously vanishes. Though he's not indicted in her disappearance, people with ties to the case begin turning up dead when it's reopened two decades later -- and the unhinged David is the prime suspect.

Marwencol was decent. Had a twist or two. Nice little doc.

Also watched...

Tenure

Luke Wilson is a prof chasing tenure at a small college. Average indie film, nothing amazing. But a good watch. A few laughs and David Koechner puts in a nice (subdued for him) performance as the odd friend.
