Netflix doesn’t display overall ratings anymore?

I used that feature. Is this related to Amy Schumer somehow?

I noticed it last night. Was looking for something new to watch and just started flipping through the sci fi genre. No ratings. Went and watch a doc on the nuclear bomb on amazon instead.

Yeah she complained that the ratings were too mean and Netflix caved to the pressure from the SJW crowd. Pussies.

Sometimes I go and read the reviews on shows like, ‘Dear White People’, and the other SJW shows.

It’s an absolute war zone.

Amy Schumer’s show had 1 star due to the controversy/getting trolled. She complained that she was getting unfairly rated and Netflix caved and just removed the whole feature

Netflix had actually already been working on a new recommendation algorithm to replace the rating system before all that stuff. I don't like it, but I'm not going to blame them caving to SJWs for it

Yes, last year. No, it is not related to Amy Schumer. It was an idea that Netflix had in development long before that Amy Schumer special. Some idiots blamed her though.

Like do you really think that Netflix would be able to roll out a huge change to the way that their entire platform works like that just overnight because one of their programs was poorly received? Does that really make sense to you?

It wasn't Schumer but its a far more weak rating system.

It now gives a "percentage of what I might like" and how much things match my viewing habits rather than actual ratings.

It's garbage.

Yeah, I liked the old system better too.

It’s been this way for awhile. I preferred the old way better. The % for what I’d like based on viewing habits seems arbitrary and is often wrong for me

Netflix rating system was broken anyway.

They need to give IMDb and rotten tomato scores like Amazon.
