There was some editing involved. A couple times you could tell when they cut if you watch closely

Tyrell had the records shipped to the 71 different buildings to avoid attracting too much attention. Every Evil Corp building has UPS's. While Elliot was focused on the one recovery building, Dark Army spread the UPS malware to all the buildings that now have the records. So phase 2 nailed every building except the recovery building.
Unless there's some unforeseen twist and one of them knew of the grander scheme, everyone got played - Robot, Elliot, and Angela.

I got lost in the episode
Especially when he was hurting himself
I wasn't sure if they were going back in time I wasn't able to pay full attention
I'm just more lost in this show the past 2 weeks then ever before

But it still would have happened since he distributed the paperwork to 71 buildings instead of 1. He got outplayed. Is this really important or necessary if whiterose is able to manipulate time since he/she is obsessed with hacking time. Price probably doesn't care
I'm guessing Tyrell knew the fbi was coming and was instructed to "run out". How long does Santiago lasts until he is exposed to being part of the dark army
Oh and it looks like Joey bad arse comes back next week

I think Dom suspects it by the end of this episode. If I had to guess, he's probably the next to be liquidated by DA.
