Lonesome Dove is a masterpiece so I don’t want it remade but i wish it had today’s TV production quality and wide screen

Agreed. Lonesome Dove, Winds of War and the Caine Mutiny are three that are very good but that would be amazing if they got the right modern treatment. Unfortunately the risk of botching the remake would be high.

Megan is Missing gets A LOT more graphic with what is actually shown, though. I remember when Netflix was still in its streaming golden era and it had lots of new, interesting movies like that it was discussed on here a few times. Now, due to the graphic nature of the ending, it's widely regarded as essentially child porn.

I think the director has also made some comments that make it sound like he made his own personal fetish film.

The Sum Of All Fears, but it won’t for a number of reasons.

Biggest one is that the bad guys are a mix of people including Arabs looking to stick it to the US. Others including ex-Stasi and an American Indian. The film went with the nebulous white supremacists instead.
